Arcadia Flooring are committed to providing and maintaining a safe working environment for its staff, sub-contractors, members of the public and all other persons who are directly or indirectly impacted by the work that we carryout.

The Partners are wholly responsible for ensuring that the company operate in accordance with both legislative and industry best practice. They endeavour to embed health and safety awareness and good practice within the very foundations and culture of the business. Providing all staff and sub-contractors with the education to understand, training to carry out and equipment to support our robust and comprehensive policies and procedures.

Rigorous external and internal audit and the employment of external consultants for training and advice enables Arcadia Flooring to continually improve and adapt to new regulation. Our industry recognised safety accreditations are testament to our commitment.

Full site surveys are carried out and a method statement and risk assessment  submitted to the client prior to works commencing, these are reviewed and updated during the process of works where necessary.

  • We will conduct our business in an ethical and professional manner

 

  • We will endeavour to satisfy our clients’ requirements and get things right first time

 

  • Should we make a mistake, we will accept responsibility and rectify the     situation as quickly as possible

Environment

Arcadia Flooring recognise the importance and need for the development of operational practices that will contribute towards an improved environment.

 

The implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) has enabled the company to monitor and improve efforts to achieve its environmental objectives, and to ensure conformity with the Environment Act 1990 and the Control of Pollution Act 1994.

 

The Partners continually look for innovative ways to improve environmental performance, including but not limited to, the use of vinyl and carpet recycling options.
